Yamileth Furchi has been a Mount Vernon resident since 1994. Former owner of the Alamo Restaurant and Sports Bar in Mount Vernon for over twenty-three years. She currently own and operate the 112 North Fifth Avenue Laundromat since 2003.  

Born in Venezuela and speaks 3 languages; Spanish, English and Portuguese. Yamileth has been a strong community leader and very active in helping people in need. Her commitment to community involvement has led to a much stronger community grow.
